Gadoon Economic Zone

Gadoon Economic Zone (GEZ) was established by the Government of Pakistan in 1986. Import taxes on equipment and plant were waived for the project, hence drawing investments from all corners of the Pakistani industrialist community. Second, and most crucially, it was adjacent to Khyber Pakhtunkhwa's industrial hub, district Haripur, which is why this 1116 acres EZ was quickly colonized after establishment.

GEZ is located in district Swabi of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) province. In adjacent districts of Haripur and Nowshera, there are number of Economic Zones and industrial activities making Gadoon an investment attraction.
