Peshawar Economic Zone

Located in Peshawar, the provincial capital of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP), the 868 Acres Peshawar Economic Zone (PEZ) was established in 1965. Thus, PEZ could be regarded as one of the oldest manufacturing hub of the province. The history of Peshawar dates back to the Gandhara civilization where it held a vital position as a trade route between India, China and Central Asia. Here the enterprises have access to all industrial amenities and it is in close proximity to the Bab-e-Khyber on the historical Grand Trunk (GT) Road connecting the Indian Subcontinent to Afghanistan and Central Asia.
